Iso

Private pilot, US only

Help your parents with their accounts without ever knowing their passwords.

Iso is a private AI agent your family shares. Your mom or dad decides what you, or Iso, may do on their pharmacy, utility and insurance accounts. They see every action and can switch it off at any time.

How it works

  1. Your parent stays in charge.

They connect their accounts from their own phone. Their passwords stay locked in their own vault; you never see them.

  2. You ask, they approve.

Ask Iso to refill a prescription or check a bill. Your parent gets a simple yes or no on their phone, or sets rules ahead of time.

  3. Everyone sees what happened.

Every action is logged for your parent and for anyone they choose, such as a sibling. One tap turns it all off.

What Iso will take on first

A parent's health admin.

Refilling prescriptions, booking appointments, checking insurance statements against bills, and reviewing your parent's Medicare plan each autumn.

Is this real?

Your parent photographs a confusing letter or forwards a message, and Iso explains it in plain words and warns them about likely scams.

Bill watch.

Due dates, unfamiliar or duplicate charges, and subscriptions nobody uses, flagged before they cost money.

Why it is private

Built so we cannot look.

Iso runs open-weight AI models on a device in your home, or on secure servers that prove, each time, exactly what software is running. Your data is encrypted with keys your household holds, not us.

No password sharing.

Iso is designed to get permission to act on an account, approved on the account owner's phone, instead of being handed the password.

No ads. Yours alone.

We will not sell your data or show you ads. What Iso learns about you is designed to stay yours: never used to train anyone else's AI, and you can see or delete it at any time.

Questions

Is Iso available now?
No. We are building it with a small pilot group. Joining the waitlist is free.
What if my parent isn't comfortable with technology?
Setup is done with a person from our team, with your parent, at their pace. After that, approving something is one tap. Your parent can stop at any time.
What does the deposit do?
It reserves a pilot place. It is fully refundable at any time before the pilot starts, and refunded automatically if we do not offer you a place within 6 months.
What will it cost?
Pilot pricing is expected to start at $199 a month with a device we install in your home, or $399 a month without one. We will confirm the price before you are charged anything beyond the deposit.
What do you do with my email?
We use it only to contact you about the pilot. We delete it if the pilot does not go ahead.
