Privacy notice

Last updated October 18, 2026. Iso is in development and not yet available. This notice covers these web pages only, not the Iso service.

Who we are: These pages are run by Iso Technologies. Contact us at hello@modelina.ai.
What we collect: When you book a pilot conversation on the plans page, we collect your name, your email address, the plan you are interested in and, if you tell us, who introduced you. When you join the pilot waitlist, we collect your email address, which version of the page you saw, the campaign tags in the link you followed, and any optional answers you give (your age range, whether you have a parent aged 65 or over, how often you use an AI chatbot, and whether you would talk to us). We do not collect anything else through these forms.
Why we collect it: To arrange conversations, to contact you about the pilot, and to understand which description of Iso interests people more. We do not sell your details, show you ads or share them with anyone for their own use.
Where it is kept: Your details are stored in a database run for us by Neon in the United States. When you book a pilot conversation, an email with your request is sent to our team through our email provider, Resend. Both act only on our instructions.
Payments: If you pay the refundable pilot deposit, the payment is handled by Stripe. We receive the amount and whether it was paid, never your card number.
Cookies and tracking: These pages use no cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no pixels. We count visits ourselves: for each page you stay on for at least two seconds, we store the day, the page, the campaign tags in the link, the website you came from, and a one-way code made from your network address and browser that changes every day. We never store the address itself, and the code cannot be turned back into it.
How long we keep it: Until the pilot ends. If the pilot does not go ahead, we delete your details. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing hello@modelina.ai.
Your choices: You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing hello@modelina.ai. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes: If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
